እስከ ዛሬስ ድረስ፣

ለሥጋየ ብዬ  አጎንብሼ ቻልኩት
ለካስ ነፍሴን ኖሯል የሚያፈላልጓት፣

ዋይ በይ የፔትሮስ ነፍስ እዚያው ባለሽበት
የኔንም እንዳንቺው ዛሬውኑ ጥሪያት፤
ይህን ሁሉ ምዓት ባይኔ ከማይበት፣
እንዲህ ባደባባይ ነፍሴን ሲያዋርዷት።

የለሽ መቀመጪያ፣ ማረፊያ እንደሆን ቤት
ቆ ም፣ በይ ላንዳፍታ፣
                      እስቲ ከዚያ በፊት

ሰቆቃሽን ላድምጥ በጸጋው አንደበት።
